New Owner or Tenant Details Form to be completed for all new Residents including the security devices audit section. Resident and Agent are to sign for the devices on the form at handover and any devices in our system for that Lot not notified will be disabled.
Moving In or Out Instructions for new or existing Residents
Security Devices Order Form needs to be completed for either replacement or additional requirements of unit door key, buildings security doors and lift swipe, garage remote or letterbox key. Tenants need to apply via their letting agent. Owners can return form direct to Secretary.
Keeping of a Pet Application Form with only one pet per Lot
Renovations to a Lot application can only be requested by the Owner in compliance with Bylaws 23, 45 and 46. Procedure and application form is below.

Bylaws of Cammeray Place is a very important document in that strata scheme Bylaws are the fourth form of legally binding obligations on Residents after Federal, State and Municipal laws so prospective Residents or Owners should read them before signing any document of Ownership or Tenancy as we maintain and require strict compliance.
